Michelle Adams Managing director, on the job
The company
From selling sofas to cleaning them.
Michelle Adams started MZ because she wanted to be her own boss and have more family time. The company now has long-standing customers and is always glad of new ones, commercial or domestic.
She loves the work, and she loves the feedback the team earns. Standards are high. Training is structured, so every visit feels like the same company.
