In 2015 Michelle took on a new member of staff who had autism. She soon realised that the attention to detail, methodical approach and strong work ethic of someone with autism made them the perfect cleaner. MZ is now committed to providing employment opportunities for other people with autism and other disabilities.

Michelle’s team will tell you how MZ Cleaning is a really supportive and friendly place to work. Standards are high, but Michelle provides a structured training programme which gives her staff confidence and ensures they can give the same consistently great service every time.
